VMS-style Cu-Zn project of roughly 36.0 km² in Central Norway.
The 100% Teako owned Vadfjellet Project covers 36 km2 in Northern Norway and is located immediately west of the main Hattfjelldal cluster of Teako projects. Vadfjellet has seen limited exploration, and its prospectivity remains largely untested. The project comprises two main areas: the western section, hosting two known precious metal occurrences reported by BP Minerals, and the eastern section, where Cu potential is suggested by NGU regional soil anomalies.
Geologically, Vadfjellet is dominated by a metamorphic package of mica schist, marble, mica gneiss, amphibolite, and quartzite, part of the Neoproterozoic Helgeland Nappe. Two mineral occurrences are documented: Appfjellnasen, with quartz veins containing arsenopyrite, and Snelitjørnhaugen, historic workings with quartz veins carrying arsenopyrite and galena, returning up to 15 ppb Au in 1984 (NGU ore database)1,2. The metamorphic sequence shows NE–SW folding, with marble units enveloping mica schist, suggesting possible targets for skarn-style mineralization.
The initial research has shown this project warrants more detailed exploration, with mapping and geochemical sampling required to advance this project further, following on from the work undertaken by the NGU.

1Teako has not performed sufficient work to verify the published data reported above, but the Company believes this information to be considered reliable and relevant. Results reported are maximum values and may not be representative of all samples collected within the area being evaluated
2References made to nearby mines and analogous deposits provide context for the regional targets but are not necessarily indicative that these targets host similar tonnages or grades of mineralization.
