The data before the drill.
Every area is screened against Norway’s public geological archive and the company’s own field work before it earns a drill programme. Process first; results through filed disclosure.
Teako explores for the copper, zinc and critical minerals Europe imports: 71 100%-owned projects across more than 5,000 km² of Norway, plus nine advanced by partners — one integrated model, all held under one listed company.
Copper, zinc and critical-minerals exploration onshore in Norway, on the belts that hosted historic mines.
Teako explores for copper, zinc and critical minerals onshore in Norway: three main copper projects, Tynset, Venna and the Løkken District in central Norway, nine partner-funded projects and a nationwide register of 71 100%-owned projects, held under a single listed entity: one integrated model.
More than 5,000 km² across Norway, from the southern coast in Telemark to Troms in the far north — the number-one mining jurisdiction in Europe and top ten worldwide in the Fraser Institute’s 2025 survey.
Discover, partner, redeploy. Teako runs data-driven exploration on its main copper projects, the 100%-owned Tynset and Venna projects and 90–100%-owned ground across the wider Løkken District; partners fund exploration on nine more, with an interest retained in each; and the wider 100%-owned register is available for future partnerships. Where partners request it, Teako’s own team works their ground on a fee-for-service basis.
Norway’s mineral belts run through the ground that hosted the past-producing copper districts of Løkken, Røros and Folldal. Teako’s portfolio spans these and other prospective mineral belts across Norway, onshore — two generations less explored than the same belts across the border.
Onshore ground along some of the country’s foremost historical mining districts such as that of Løkken, held under one listed company.
Røros, Løkken, Folldal: the copper centuries that built a country.
Nine projects are advanced at partner cost: five with United Minerals and four with Treschow-Fritzøe, with an interest retained in each. The remaining 60 projects are available for future partnerships.
1111 Exploration Corp. changes its corporate name to Teako Minerals Corp.; the CSE ticker becomes TMIN.
The strategic repositioning: Norway becomes the company’s sole focus.
In 2024–2025, Teako established a nationwide polymetallic portfolio in Norway, with selected projects positioned for direct advancement and the remainder structured for partner-funded development and retained upside.
In December 2024, the Mineral Network (“Mineral Nettverk”) was established, with Teako as one of its co-founders. The initiative brings together municipalities and mineral exploration companies to strengthen cooperation, dialogue and regional understanding around mineral exploration.
Four rare earth projects move to Treschow-Fritzøe in July 2025; five copper-zinc-gold-silver projects move to United Minerals in January 2026, with an interest retained in each.
The 100%-owned Tynset copper-zinc-silver project joins the main projects; days later the shares begin trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under O8U.
