VMS-style Cu-Zn project of roughly 20.0 km² in Central Norway.
Teako’s 100% owned Åkervika Project is a satellite area west of the Hattfjelldal cluster of projects, Nordland, covering 20 km2 and hosting the Cu–Pb Ørfjellet occurrence. The area is dominated by gneissic units and quartzite with Ørfjellet hosted within a quartzite sequence interbedded with minor quartz–mica horizons and thin limestone layers. The chalcopyrite-galena mineralization is interpreted to have formed from hydrothermal fluids introduced into brecciated zones. Sampling by the NGU yielded up to 2.22 % Cu, 1.85 % Pb, and 62.1 ppm Ag1. As of now the project remains at a very early stage and initial work will include sampling of Ørfjellet2 to validate grade and style complemented by petrographic studies to better understand mineral genesis.

1Teako has not performed sufficient work to verify the published data reported above, but the Company believes this information to be considered reliable and relevant. Results reported are maximum values and may not be representative of all samples collected within the area being evaluated
2References made to nearby mines and analogous deposits provide context for the regional targets but are not necessarily indicative that these targets host similar tonnages or grades of mineralization
