Copper, Lead, Zinc 275 km2 100% Teako

VMS-Sedex-style Cu-Zn-Pb project of roughly 275 km² in Northern Norway.

Teako’s 100% owned Rosta project covers 275 km2 and lies south of Ranfjorden in the Hemnes and Rana regions of Nordland, near Mo i Rana, benefiting from excellent infrastructure including the E6 highway and ports. Geologically, it covers two units of the Rödingsfjäll Nappe Complex: The Mofjell Group in the east, hosting VMS mineralization, and the Rostafjell Unit in the west, prospective for SedEx-style mineralization. The western area is an early-stage greenfield target, with limited work including mapping, EM surveys, and stream sediment sampling that identified Cu anomalies around Rostafjell. The eastern area is linked to the historic Mofjellet Gruber mine (Lindskog, 2024)2. Exploration focuses on extensions and satellite deposits of this VMS system, particularly in underexplored western parts of the ore field. The Småvatnan target, at the eastern edge of the licences, is the most advanced prospect within the Rosta area. Mineralization occurs as semi-massive sphalerite–galena lenses and veins up to 1 m thick within a 3–4 m wide zone in quartz-mica schists. It is traced over 30 m and remains open, with a WNW plunge indicated by deformation. Dump samples average 0.6 % Cu, 10.0 % Zn, 1.9 % Pb, 141 g/t Ag, and 0.3 g/t Au and a weak TEM anomaly coincides with the zone (NGU ore database)1. Despite this, the strong grades and geological similarities to the nearby Mofjellet deposit highlight significant potential. Småvatnan remains untested by drilling and is a priority target.
