Dalen copper-molybdenum project

Copper, Molybdenum 30 km2 100% Teako

Hydrothermal-style Cu-Mo project of roughly 30.0 km² in Southern Norway.

Teako’s 100% owned Dalen project covers 30 km2 and is part of Teako’s Eikland Base Metals District in the Tokke Municipality, Telemark, known to host Cu, Zn, Pb, Mo, Mn, Ag, and Au occurrences. The district has a long mining history, with multiple past producing areas. The geology is dominated by the Bandak Group (~1.16 Ga), comprising volcanic and sedimentary rocks, including quartzites and mafic to felsic lava flows. The Sveconorwegian Orogeny (~1140–960 Ma) caused widespread folding, faulting, and late-stage granitic intrusions. Key occurrences on the Dalen project include, Hovedgangen (Dalen Grube), mined from 1915–1919 for ~101 t of ore @ 9.4 % MoS₂, with coarse molybdenite in 30–70 cm quartz veins, and the Vistadmoen Cu Occurrence, with chalcopyrite and bornite lenses averaging 2.77 % Cu1,2. Additional molybdenite and copper mineralization may remain undiscovered.

1Teako has not performed sufficient work to verify the published data reported above, but the Company believes this information to be considered reliable and relevant. Results reported are maximum values and may not be representative of all samples collected within the area being evaluated

2References made to nearby mines and analogous deposits provide context for the regional targets but are not necessarily indicative that these targets host similar tonnages or grades of mineralization.
