Sven Gollan
CEO, Director & Country Manager Norway
Mr. Gollan has worked with investment & private banking in Germany and Austria for 16 years while also being a lecturer in equity and commodity derivatives & futures trading for various banking groups in Central Europe. He has been active in the education of securities advisors and investment bankers. For five years he served as an external consultant for the Grabher Family, Austria and since December 2015 has worked for FruchtExpress Grabher with their Corporate Treasury Unit / Family Office in Austria. They specialize in strategic investments in exploration-stage commodity projects as well as in energy, infrastructure and food companies. Mr. Gollan is a former director of Sego Resources and an advisor at EGR Exploration and The Coring Company.
Eric Roth

Eric holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Western Australia and is an economic geologist with over 30 years of experience in international minerals exploration and mining project evaluation. Prior to Capella, he was Chief Operating Officer of Mariana Resources Ltd., which was acquired by Sandstorm Gold Royalties in July 2017 for the high-grade Hod Maden copper-gold discovery in NE Turkey. Prior to this, Mr. Roth was Chief Executive Officer of Aegean Metals Group Inc. (original acquirer of the Hod Maden project) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. (discoverer of the high-grade Cerro Moro gold- silver deposit in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina, which was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc. in mid-2012 for CAD 440M).
Eric worked for AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. (“AGA”) between 2002 and 2008, initially as the Lima- based Peruvian project and South American opportunities manager and subsequently as the Johannesburg-based Global Head of greenfields exploration. During his Johannesburg tenure, AGA’s greenfields exploration teams brought in over 20+Moz Au in new Inferred Resources through discoveries in Colombia (Colosa, Gramalote), Australia (Tropicana), and the DRC (Mongwalu) at a discovery cost of <USD 15/oz. Prior to AGA, Eric worked with TSX-listed Aur
Resources Inc., discoverer of the high-grade Louvicourt VMS deposit located near Val d’Or, Quebec.
Eric is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), and a principal of consulting firm ER Global Consulting SpA.
Mark Steeltoft

Mr. Steeltoft, based in Copenhagen, has been part of the Teako journey since day one. Starting as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at the private company Teako Gold Corp, he played a pivotal role in shaping the foundation and strategies behind what later became Teako Minerals Corp. At Teako Minerals, Mark served as IR Manager, overseeing investor relations, communication strategies, public relations, social media, website presence, presentations and is now serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and as a director of the Company.
His experience also encompasses Calculo Capital, a commodity trend following hedgefund in Denmark, where he contributed to asset raising. Furthermore, Mark has worked with communication and sales at APC Forsikringsmæglere, an impartial financial pension advisor in Copenhagen.

Mr. Owen Garfield is a Chartered Mineral Surveyor based in the UK who worked as a specialist mineral valuer for over 10 years at the Valuation Office Agency. Owen has also worked as a Mineral Estates Surveyor for Tilcon which was subsequently merged with Tarmac, part of the CRH Company, where he was a mineral planner. Vic Fitch is a seasoned financial executive with 35 years of experience in strategic leadership and financial management. He has served in senior financial roles with businesses operating in numerous jurisdictions including, Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and China. He has been involved in taking several private companies public, leading organizations through significant organic growth and growth through mergers and acquisitions, as well as divestitures and business sales. He holds an MBA with a Finance Concentration from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, and is a Certified General Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant. His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, public financial reporting, multi-currency consolidations, forecasting, and credit and equity financings. Mr. Fitch also holds experience in managing boards and committees, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
