It applies to teakominerals.com and its language versions. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, such as the Canadian Securities Exchange, SEDAR+ or our social media channels, which have their own policies.

Our registered office is Suite 400, 601 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Z 4C2, Canada, and we operate from Trondheim, Norway. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Teako Minerals Corp. is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

We collect personal data only when you give it to us or when it is needed to run the site securely. This website is an investor-information site: there are no accounts, no purchases and no advertising.

Sign-ups and enquiries are stored in this website’s own database, hosted by WP Engine. Enquiries are also relayed by email to Teako’s investor relations mailbox so that we can reply to you. The data is accessible to Teako’s management and to our website agency, We Are Outliers Ltd (United Kingdom), which maintains the site on our instructions as a processor. We disclose personal data to other parties only where the law requires it.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It uses a small number of functional browser-storage keys that stay on your device and are never sent to us:

• your language choice (English, Norwegian or German);

Teako operates from Canada and Norway, and this website is hosted by WP Engine. Personal data you provide may therefore be processed in Canada, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission’s adequacy decision for Canada and standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Stored data is protected by our hosting provider’s security measures and by limiting access to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will inform you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it if a breach affects your data.

Your rights

We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter with you first.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
