Vice-President and Manager of exploration for Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc. (Canada) In addition as mining analyst for Research Capital. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Scott Young

Mr. Young was an investment advisor holding both his Canadian and U.S. securities licenses up until 2000. He has worked as a corporate governance and
communications consultant since 2000 in the technology, mining and pharmaceutical industries, with clients trading on both Canadian and American stock exchanges. He is currently an independent director on both CSE and TSX-V listed companies.
Dan Martino
CFO
Mr Martino has worked in public practice since 2010, providing accounting, assurance, financial reporting, and executive management services primarily to public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to DBM, Dan was formerly a Principal with Davidson & Company LLP concentrating in assurance
services. Dan now serves as Chief Financial Officer and/or financial reporting consultant for various public companies in the clean technology, mineral resource, and cannabis industries.
Kristian Whitehead, P. Geo.
VP Exploration
Mr. Whitehead is a former Senior Project Geologist for Hawthorne Gold Corporation, former Senior Project Geologist for StrataGold Corporation and former Project and Mine Geologist for Fire River Gold Corporation. As an independent Geological Consultant, he has managed numerous strategic projects, overseeing and implementing multi-million dollar operational budgets.
Michael Sweatman
Director
Michael Sweatman is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has operated MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, since November 1992. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and commerce from Simon Fraser University, gained his CA designation in 1982, and is a CPA in both British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. He has served as a director and officer of a number of public companies over the past 30 years and is currently a director of Lithoquest Resources Inc. (TSXV: LDI) and Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp.
Jerker Tuominen

Mr. Tuominen has over 16 years of experience navigating the equity markets utilizing a global macro-oriented strategy. He is professionally active within the Radiopharmacia sector which includes reporting to and complying with national regulatory authorities. He also holds board positions, including Chairman roles, in private entities.
Sven Gollan
Manager of Business Development
Mr. Gollan has worked with investment & private banking in Germany and Austria for 16 years while also being a
lecturer in equity and commodity derivatives & futures trading for various banking groups in Central Europe. He
has been active in the education of securities advisors and investment bankers. For five years he served as an
external consultant for the Grabher Family, Austria and since December 2015 has worked for FruchtExpress
Grabher with their Corporate Treasury Unit / Family Office in Austria. They specialize in strategic investments in
exploration–stage commodity projects as well as in energy, infrastructure and food companies. Mr. Gollan is a
Director of Sego Resources, Alianza Minerals and EGR Exploration and is a Capital Markets Advisor for Capella
Minerals.
Andrew Mitchell, P. Geo
Technical Advisor
Mr. Mitchell most recently served as Vice President of Exploration for Evergold Corp. His early career was spent with Archer, Cathro & Associates Ltd. where he managed soil sampling and mapping crews, and diamond drill programs. He was the project manager for SSR Mining Inc.’s SIB project in NW British Columbia where he managed multi-million dollar exploration programs. He furthered his experience internationally with Sun Peak Metals Corp. in Ethiopia where he managed their drilling operations.
